Who We Are

Be Your Life Solutions (BYL) is a social impact and wellness consultancy established in 2022 to support individuals, couples, families, groups and communities through professional psychosocial and developmental services.

BYL was founded to respond to the growing need for trauma-informed, ethically grounded, and culturally responsive wellness interventions across South Africa. Our work integrates social work practice, organisational development, and therapeutic methodologies to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable transformation.

Founder & Managing Director

Lusanda Qunta

BYL is led by Lusanda Qunta, a qualified Social Worker and Development Practitioner with over 12 years of professional experience in social services, community development, and organisational wellness.

Her work spans psychosocial support, therapeutic intervention, leadership development, school-based programmes, and community healing initiatives. Lusanda brings a depth of practical experience and ethical leadership to BYL, ensuring that all services are delivered with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
